Steps to download and install.
Step 1
Click the app store icon above on the device you are using. Please note just like any app download, you will need an app store account to access. In addition, the initial download may take a few minutes as the app has a lot of high-media content. So, be sure you have a good internet connection and that your device does not go into sleep mode while downloading.
((Also, please note that this app is a large app due to the amount of content. You will need a good internet connection and make sure that your device does not time out and go into sleep mode while loading. If it does fail to load the first time, simply try again and it should pick back up where it stopped.))
Step 2
Once the app is installed on your mobile device, login to the dashboard with the credentials provided to you by McCloskey International. You must be on Wifi or have a data connection to login and install.
Step 3
Once logged in, your available apps will be listed under the AVAILABLE section. When you locate the app you want on your device, touch the name of it and select ACTIVATE.
Step 4
The orange arrow will fill and show you the progress of your installation.
Again, please note that this app is a large app due to the amount of content. You will need a good internet connection and be patient.
Step 5
Once installed, the app will move from Available to Active. You are now able to select your app in the active list and then touch the play button to activate.
